Adapt Cafe

Adapt Cafe brought European fourth-wave coffee to Portland with a bold, design-led identity. I developed a visual language inspired by Brutalist architecture and applied it across digital and physical touchpoints. Over two years, I refined the brand through shifting timelines, helping the cafe become a standout local favorite.
